Doege Precision Machining provides precision CNC milling, turning, cylindrical grinding, honing, and assembly services, using a wide variety of materials and shapes. Our capabilities include “repeating” small, medium, and large production runs as well as continual production.

Materials machined include: low/high carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, stainless steels, aluminum, brass/bronzes, gray/ductile irons, and plastics.

Material types machined include: bars, forgings, extrusions and permanent mold, sand and die castings.

Other services provided either by or through Doege Precision Machining include: hobbing, broaching, heat treating, plating and painting.

Doege Precision Machining provides full engineering and manufacturing support during new product development, including casting, forging and extrusion design. From design and prototypes through production, Doege Precision Machining is a true “partner” and a valuable resource.

Working with customers’ purchasing and engineering during product design and development has proven to be a VERY cost effective benefit for our customers.

We have the ability to, and often times request/require the use of AutoCAD DXF and DWG CAD drawing files to assist in all facets of our operation, including: quoting, process engineering, fixture/tool layout/design, & inspection fixture layout/design.

We also follow and comply to current ASME Y14.5M standards in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
