• Quality starts with quoting practices that include detailed, simulated process engineering in order to furnish pricing that is reliable!
• Quality is assured and maintained through a very progressive, pro-active approach to quality that we feel will set new standards in the industry.
• As a part of our assurance system, the majority of our calibration is done in-house including the ability to calibrate our own thread plug gages & thread ring gages to ANSI/ASME B1.2-1983 & B1.16M-1984.
• We utilize our own in-house training program of newly hired employees, with or without experience, in quality and machine operation.
• Our employees are responsible for the quality of the parts they produce at their machine(s).
• We will provide SPC or PRE-CONTROL documentation, or any unique customer quality requirements upon request.
